Man Tafarnuwa jiko ne na mai da ake yi ta hanyar zura tsintsiyar tafarnuwa a cikin mai, kamar man zaitun ko man kayan lambu. Tsarin ya hada da dakakken tafarnuwa ko sarewa sannan a bar ta ta zuba dandanonta da kamshinta a cikin mai. Ga wasu mahimman bayanai game da man tafarnuwa:
Shiri:
Yin Gida: Ana iya dafa man tafarnuwa a gida ta hanyar toka ko kuma a daka ciyawar tafarnuwa sannan a bar su su rika shiga cikin mai na wani lokaci. Za a iya tace man da aka zuba don cire tsayayyen tafarnuwa.
Kayayyakin Kasuwanci: Ana iya samar da man tafarnuwa da ake samu a kasuwa ta hanyoyi iri ɗaya, tare da wasu bambance-bambancen tsarin shiri.
Dadi da Qamshi:

Amfani a dafa abinci:
Sinadarin Dafuwa: Ana yawan amfani da man tafarnuwa azaman sinadaren dafuwa don haɓaka ɗanɗanon jita-jita. Ana iya yayyafa shi akan salads, taliya, burodi, ko gasasshen kayan lambu.
Matsakaicin dafa abinci: Ana iya amfani da man tafarnuwa a matsayin wurin dafa abinci, samar da tushen da aka haɗa da tafarnuwa don yin miya ko soya abubuwa daban-daban.
Amfanin Lafiya:
Abubuwan da ke hana ƙwayoyin cuta: Tafarnuwa, da ƙari, man tafarnuwa, an san shi da abubuwan da ke hana ƙwayoyin cuta. Allicin, wani sinadari da ake samu a cikin tafarnuwa, yana da alhakin wasu fa'idodin lafiyarsa.
Kiwon Lafiyar Jiki: Wasu bincike sun nuna cewa tafarnuwa na iya samun fa'idodin cututtukan zuciya, kamar taimakawa wajen rage hawan jini da rage matakan cholesterol.
Adana da Rayuwar Shelf:

Damuwa botulism:
Man tafarnuwa, musamman idan an shirya shi a gida, yana haifar da haɗarin botulism idan ba a kula da shi ba kuma a adana shi yadda ya kamata. Botulism cuta ce da ba kasafai ba amma mai tsanani da kwayar cutar Clostridium botulinum ta haifar.
Don rage haɗarin botulism, yakamata a sanya man tafarnuwa na gida a firiji, a yi amfani da shi cikin ƴan kwanaki, sannan a watsar da shi idan akwai alamun lalacewa.
