Umphumela
1.Ithuthukisa Ukusetshenziswa Kwamaprotheni:
Ama-saponins ekukhishwe kwe-aloe vera angabopha ku-cholesterol kulwelwesi lwamaseli, okwandisa ukungeneka kolwelwesi lwamaseli, ngaleyo ndlela kuthuthukiswe ukusetshenziswa kwezakhi.
2.Ithuthukisa impilo yamathumbu:
I-yucca saponins ekukhishweni kwe-aloe vera ingakhuphula indawo yokuxhumana ye-intestinal villi, iguqule ukwakheka kwe-intestinal villi kanye nokuqina kwe-mucosal, ikhulise ukungena kwamangqamuzana e-mucosal emathunjini, futhi ikhuthaze ukumuncwa kwezakhi.
Ama-saponins angabuye ahlangane nezinhlanganisela ezifana nezakhiwo ze-cholesterol ebusweni bamagciwane, akhulise ukungena kwezindonga zamangqamuzana e-bacterial kanye nolwelwesi lwamangqamuzana, akhuthaze ukukhishwa kwama-exogenous enzymes, ehlise isithunzi sama-macromolecular substances, futhi akhuthaze ukumuncwa kwezakhi.
3.Ukuthuthukisa ukumelana komzimba nezifo:

5.I-Antioxidant ne-anti-inflammatory:
